Race day can be a stressful time. The last thing you want to do is run around getting dirty while trying to set up the course when you should be directing your event. Let us bring our traffic cones, arrows and mile markers to mark your course so it’s well marked and safe. We will also provide you with a water station and make sure all your volunteers are in place and know what they’re doing.
Having trouble finding a good course? Want to run by your business or organization? Let us design the perfect route for you and work with your city to get it approved. We will even run the course and make sure it’s the correct distance.
Marketing and Promotion
We produce our own events and help manage several more. We can help get you in front of local area runners. We can also provide you with some insider tips and tricks we use to get runners. Additionally, all events we manage are listed on our popular Event Calendar.
Bodies Race Company uses the best online registration platform in the industry. This user friendly platform provides tools to help the race director and so many features for the participant. Online registration, results, video, and pictures are all hosted in one place and searchable by bib, as well as automatic emails, marketing and sponsor platforms. The best part is it’s all FREE to you, the race director!
DJ / MC Service
We all know someone that DJs on the weekend, but does that DJ know anything about races or your event? Let Bodies take your event to the next level with great running music and a fun, energetic DJ that also knows when to make important race announcements.

Adverse Weather Policy
All Bodies Race Company events proceed rain or shine. No one, including the race director, wants to make changes to an event on race day. However, the safety of our participants is always our number one concern. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the race director, in communication with the local law enforcement, the city, or venue may delay the event, cancel the event, or make changes (like the route or equipment).
