Sweetheart Shuffle South

5k / 10k

Candy Cane Course has two locations. This page has the South race details. Click here to see our other location and date.

Join us for the annual Sweetheart Shuffle, a valentine-themed run that is perfect for the whole family. The fun includes great swag (designer shirt, custom medal), chip-timing, live results and awards, free photos, costumes, free kids’ dash, great post-race food, and plenty of fun activities. Grab your friends and family, because you are not going to want to miss this one!

Run for you, run for who? Unlock the Sweetheart Shuffle Challenge by running your entire race with a balloon tied to you, symbolizing your Sweetheart; a partner, child, friend or anyone you’re thinking of this Valentine’s Day. Trade in your balloon after the race to earn the key to the challenge: the key medal that completes the heart medal received at the finish line! Register for the race, and, when prompted, select the “challenge” add-on.

Bringing your Sweetheart? Go home with one of each medal! Tell your Sweetheart to take their finisher medal to the results tent after the race to trade the heart out for the key.

Bottle-Free Finish
Our mission is to make a healthy impact in our community. We’re passionate about keeping our people healthy, but we’re equally as passionate about keeping our environment healthy. To do our part, we are cutting out plastic to make our finish line bottle free. We encourage runners to bring their own water bottle to the race; we will have plenty of water at the finish line to refill them! Don’t worry, if you forget your water bottle at home we will be stocked with recyclable cups, as well as selling Bodies stainless-steel water bottles. Thanks to all of our runners for helping us achieve our mission of keeping our environment healthy!

Cancellation Policy (Adverse Weather, Virtual)

We have a no refund policy. If you can’t make it, you can switch to a virtual race and still receive your race swag. Read our full cancellation, adverse weather and virtual policy here.
